During the initial consultation, we’ll explore your cooking habits, survey the room, and assess any preparatory work that may be required. It’s then over to us to design your proposed new space, producing photo-realistic 3D images together with an itemised quotation. We will invite you back into our showroom to present our ideas alongside our displays and array of samples, allowing us to fully explore the design, discuss options and set out the timescales for the project.
Once you confirm your project with us, we’ll conduct a detailed survey to verify dimensions and finalise choices. Your installation date will be scheduled, and since all cabinetry is made-to-order, your kitchen will go into production.
If you're working with a builder for preparatory work, we’ll provide them with detailed drawings. If we’re handling the preparations, which may include minor building works, electrics, plumbing or decorating, we’ll take care of everything - from organising the work to providing you with a comprehensive schedule, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Finally, your kitchen will be delivered by our professional logistics team and expertly installed by one of our skilled installers. Throughout the installation, we ensure every detail is executed with the utmost care, from precise fitting to the perfect finish. Our team coordinates all aspects of the process, ensuring minimal disruption to your home.
Once your kitchen is installed, our commitment doesn’t end there. We offer a comprehensive aftercare service to ensure your kitchen remains in top condition, providing ongoing support for any adjustments, maintenance, or questions you may have.
